Questions for the Mods

Not the kind with cardstock and pawns. Mostly play by post Mafia so far.

I'm reasonably sure not - I appear to have found where that option would be if it existed, and it's not there.

Try this? Not sure if it works in the version you're running.

I've never edited a database before and Alicorn and I aren't comfortable with the risk of knocking out the forum.

I'm not sure why we would tell you before we tell town if we're going to tell town anything.

My intent was just to make sure you had seen that series of posts. I had figured that you'd tell Town *before* the night, not at daybreak, to give them the chance to retarget potential nighttime actions.

So I'm almost sure I know the answer to this, but I'd feel really stupid if it turned out the other way and we didn't take advantage of it:
As Mekath, you have a power: anytime anybody gets too close to you, you lash out and kill them. Whatever they were trying to do still happens, but if you can in fact kill them, they die in the process. This INCLUDES targeting from powers within your own faction, helpful powers, etc. Everybody had better just BACK OFF, OKAY? You cannot turn this power off.

Does "getting too close" include a lynching?

Nope. Only targeted powers/kills/whatever.

Does it include voteblocking?

No comment on how it interacts with specific powers.

This is actually an Effulgence-mafia related question but I don't want to ask it in the post-mortem thread for obvious reasons:

Could Chelsea have Chelsea'd a serial killer? If so, what would have happened?

(I admit to having ulterior motives for asking this question, but I am pretty sure it was answered in the chat already and would rather not trawl through the Google doc to try to find it.)

Chelsea could have Chelsea'd a serial killer (except for the Joker, who was specifically immune). The killer would have retained their night kill and other powers but changed faction and wincon.
