A world where the lewd rings from the lewd rings cyoa both exist and are decently common (at ~1% of population are ring-makers). Based off of an edited Lewd Rings CYOA v3; the edits are here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... sp=sharing

The magic system operates on the whims of a Goddess, who values sexy shenanigans and 'good stories.' The main world+territories itself is ruled by an Empress, Ash, who was originally portalsnaked from another dnd-esque world as a first level adventurer. She combined the two magic systems very effectively and is now an epic level dnd-style wizard; the next most powerful magic is the equivalent of 12th level dnd wizard.
The Empress can make rings, and has almost no drawbacks on her own. She's served directly by her subs, who either possess a slave ring of hers, or have a ring of devotion with a ring of ownership possessed by her.
The rings no longer do mind control or modification of people other than the wearer. Instead they institute a magical 'flag' which indicates what is acceptable/legal to do to you, along with occasionally other information. Everyone in-setting who is connected to the magic system can perceive flags with a mental action usually referred to as 'squinting.' Ring-makers can also tell what drawbacks and powers are on a ring they're touching, unless some of those drawbacks or powers are magically hidden. Another major change is that not every is shown the full set of powers and even drawbacks, and some powers (like the Magic tree, Versatile tree, and Battlestation) are somewhat to extremely rare to get. Most of the rare powers cannot be put on any ring with "Sharing is Caring" except rings of ownership paired to a ring of devotion.
The world is connected to a large number of others by permanent gates. The empire is slowly spreading through these gates, but frontier and non-imperial lands exist, and are usually much, much more unstable than the core empire. All the worlds currently are in the same universe.
There's a publicly-existing slave market. Legally only people with the 'free market' drawback can be sold, but that's not always obeyed, especially the farther you get from the center.
There are large Sanctuaries where the magic system is banned - no rings past the gate (possibly established by the Empress via a Wish). Children are raised there, and everyone who doesn't want to live in a hyper-sexed world lives there. There's some pressure to leave once you're an adult not participating in the raising of children, though - it's hard to effect change on the world if living in a Sanctuary, and also Immortality powers don't work either.
For magic, material components are replaced with sexual things. This is relevant to Ash, since she needs to have a virgin lose their virginity to a gang-bang to power her Wish spells; cases of rape provide more 'oomf,' and Ash has historically been able to directly edit the magic system itself with a series of Wish spells. 'Virgin' means 'does not remember ever having sex', so someone with their memories wiped or editted relevantly counts, and Ash currently obtains meta-consent before having someone's memories of consenting removed.
The main worlds are post-scarcity, due to the frequency of rings and the number of people with Duplicator. The Empress has set up a system where duplicating 'basic goods' pays really, really well. Healthcare's free. Basic housing is free. Education is free up to the community college or trade school level. There's a Universal Basic Income, which is actually pretty basic so most people get jobs but it's enough to be a student, parent, or an artist on. You can buy rings and genie-wishes, which sell for a bucketload but is a pretty big goal for most people.
Someone with Evil Genie can grant one wish per week, and one wish to each person per year and a day. The wish grants both one power and matching drawbacks. The cost of a wish is usually around $50k USD /point (tentative, subject to change; this varies widely with where you live, too). An individual can only receive one wish per year and a day; you can't go to multiple genies to load up on powers no matter how rich you are. Some powers can't be granted as wishes, and a genie can only grant the powers and drawbacks they can craft with.
Prosthetics and wheelchairs are very common and usually ornate, since a common drawback-set on immortality-invulnerability-immunity wish-sets is the 'impairment' tree (amputee + double the fun = 9 drawbacks on its own). Stores are set up so you don't need arms to retrieve items.
Very, very few central-empire jobs have you working more than two or three days a week, and usually only four to eight hours a day. The central-empire UBI is set up so you could save every penny from your job(s) and still survive at a decent standard of living.
Many sexually-themed jobs recruit using slave rings to provide skill training, especially the "agent provocateur" branch for the goddess-servant jobs.
Frontier towns frequently have shady corporations, cults, or similar established by a ring-maker who can make slave rings, and who pressures or tricks people into wearing them, and sometimes has Hidden Drawbacks (using 'sneaky' judiciously)
