Humans
Epiphyte humans come in four equally common genders: man, woman, elf, and dwarf. Male and female humans are more or less as Earth people expect, so I'll focus on dwarven and elven humans:

Dwarven humans, or dwarves, tend to be solidly built and a little on the short side, well-muscled. They have both sets of human reproductive parts. They grow breasts, beards, and lots of hair in general. Braided styles are in.

Elven humans, or elves, are more thin and tall. They're hairless except the tops of their heads, and they don't have any primary or secondary sexual bits. Most humans can do magic, but elven humans can do more of it than male or female humans, and dwarven humans can't do magic themselves at all.

Dryads

Dryad people typically look like idealized humans, of any attractive gender presentation. They have both innie reproductive parts and outie reproductive parts, but the exact details vary between the two dryad genders, pin and thrum.

The people part is actually the flower part of the plant, and must return every winter to the tree part. They lignify for the winter, saving their memories to the tree, and in the spring the tree grows a fresh body for the year with all their memories from before. The new body can have a slightly different appearance, or even a different human gender presentation. It'll always have the same flower gender, though.

If a dryad person doesn't make it back to their tree, they wither away, and next year's version has to make do with the previous year's memories. If the tree is gone they can try re-rooting, but it's a risky process and it's several years before they can flower again.

Dryads reproduce via pollination by humans. A pin dryad can have sex with a human, using their innie stamen to get pollen all over the human's outie reproductive part; then thrum dryads will be attracted to that human, to get that pollen with their innie pistils. And correspondingly for thrum dryads - innie humans - pin dryads.

Alseids
Alseids are shaped like humans in all their variety, but their green hair reveals them as part plant. They don't have typical human reproductive bits; instead, by combining a lock of their hair with one from a human, they can make a seed that'll grow a vine, on which will grow one to three baby alseids.

If they instead combine their hair with that of a dryad, they can make a special tree that's not a person, but grows alseid hair for passing their genes down to future generations.

Magic
The phenomenon locally known as magic is all about doing stuff with plants. Male, female, and especially elven humans can sing to plants to make them grow better, and there are specific plants which they can make into magic lotions. Elven humans in particular can also do more active control of plants, like controlling the movements of vines or tree limbs.

Magic lotions come in two colors, which, applied to any person's body part, temporarily boost that part's power or flexibility. The boost can be very literal ("strong arms"), very metaphorical ("strong heart" = emotional resilience), or somewhere in between ("flexible ears" = understand languages). They can only be made by magical people, but they work fine on other people and on animals.
