Prediction: somebody in the court system has an embroidery and can see when the painting was made, Malare is ruled not the father and held in whatever the equivalent of contempt of court is, as punishment for that and/or to settle the other dispute they confiscate and kill Rabka, or at least attempt to.

That does not really sound like Alicorn and lintamande's... style?

Not now. It seemed a bit more plausible earlier in the trial, but it still didn’t quite fit.

The main part of the prediction was killing Rabka; the rest was extraneous detail. The court could have had that done and maybe paid damages to Malare, and it would have made sense depending on how the trial went and depending on legal details which haven’t existed in thread. Malare can’t have Rabka if they assign custody to the real father, and the real father doesn’t want to pay for her, so the court could get rid of the problem she causes.

Alicorn and Lintamande would have and have had traumatizing seemingly-unrecoverable situations which the peal could fix trivially.

Did you mean to Outtake the Earth!Rebeccas’ weddings and most of their resurrections? They should have happened ages ago in-story but still have not because Amenta was happening instead.

Edit: They are mentioned as already-having-happened in a later thread, not a bare stretch, but much of the actual story is still in Outtakes.

There will be some "meanwhile" things going on. In particular this time Eclipse Rebecca's one will do research.

What should Calado Shuttle Guy have done? I think he acted exactly as was appropriate, unless either a) it counts as negligence to not have such a location picked out in advance (unlikely) or b) he could have teleported the shuttle back to the other end of his route and teleported all his passengers individually to their destinations (plausible).

If for some reason b) wasn’t possible, then I think he took the test course of action available to him at the time and should not be punished for it, and I would expect Vanda Nossëo to have “all other options were worse” as a defense.

I think that the answer Vanda Nossëo is expecting is "do not attempt to prevent violence by doing violence; let public safety and the courts and the resurrectors handle it".

That doesn’t really apply in the case where the violence you want to prevent is outside of their jurisdiction; public safety and the courts and the resurrectors wouldn’t get involved.

It also doesn’t apply in any case where the violence would be against you and public safety can’t help, even if the courts and resurrectors would; in this case he could teleport away, but the people in his care cannot and would be stranded if he teleported them away.

And would a similar principle apply if he had Loki’s teleportation and just stole the bullets from the gun? Surely you shouldn’t commit theft to prevent a problem and should let public safety handle it.

You are supposed to either 1) have a safe location in advance or 2) not teleport people against their will. Teleporting the gun away would have been fine; the rule is not 'don't break any laws for the greater good' it's specifically 'don't use teleporting to put people into danger against their will'. In cases where you are in danger you can teleport yourself out; in cases where other people are in danger you can teleport them out.

All of the aforementioned things are defenses, just mitigating rather than exonerating, and the reason he got 'send an apology letter and work a different route where 'call the police' is an option'.
