Plain old discussion of Alicorn stories.

Talk to the characters.

You know when you're watching a movie and you want to shout advice at the screen? That's what this thread is for.

Cell phones are a thing, right? Take one along so you can talk to Jarvis and show him stuff, without having to ferry your actual person back and forth. This is literally what phones are for, talking to people without couriers.

Better, build a Jarvis-point into the bike, you're a demon, you can do that thing.

Cam hasn't used a phone for 150 years, can't make them so they work with any existing network, and Jarvis didn't offer one...

(This should probably be moved to Spoilerland. Until then, I guess I will spoilerfy my posts...)

So, this means Amariah is going to have to kill Adarin and then resurrect him again properly, right?

They've actually goofed worse than that if I have my understanding right, if she does that they lose all the memories this one has gotten since being rezzed (effectively permakilling this fork). Amariah will freak when she realizes but Aldarin will probably want to go through with it anyway.

Jarvis did not feel like waiting out the time it would take to acquire a phone or for Tony to invent something to build into the bike and then acquire network access on existing channels for that thing. The 150year technology gap is still relevant.

We have reason to believe that the human known as Eternal Winter may have not been truly loyal to the defeated White Witch. He is hereby invited to speak with us at our court at Cair Paravel; he will not be harmed, provided that he likewise harms none.

Signed, James, by the will of Aslan King of Narnia.
