It has a fixed number of permissions and they just argue over how to allocate them, presumably.

Yeah, if Calado was bad at enforcing its population controls it would have an entirely different set of problems.

Can you update the list of Amentan countries for the new thread, or at least put a note saying more stuff is coming out and you won’t update the list?

Would Amentans be happy in permasummer, permaautumn, or permawinter? What if it were those plus fertility, but not psychological spring issues?

If it had an Anitam, they would presumably have noticed the new alts as soon as Warp pealed.
