Do spells count as items? If not I only lose 1 gun and 1 clue if I die, right?

Tamien could also use her innate ability to allow me to reroll 6 dice right now. Not sure if that's worth doing. I guess it depends on what other people are planning on doing.

Items loss on incapacitation counts Common Items, Unique Items, Exhibit Items (from expansions), Spells, Deputy's Revolver, and Patrol Wagon. Clues are halved separately. All Retainers are lost on incapacitation.

You would lose 2 items.

Tamien's ability is a significant option here, since that would be a 6 dice 1 success check... but, of course, it is once per turn.
